Discover a Homeowners Association in Sargent, TX
Welcome to Caney Creek Estates Club, Inc., a homeowners' association in Sargent, TX, for Caney Creek Estates Subdivision. We are a resort community of waterfront properties with over 400 property owner-members. Established in 1952 and incorporated eight years later, we represent the interests of property owners and administer and maintain club properties, including three boat ramps scattered throughout the subdivision.
The Caney Creek Estates Subdivision encompasses the eastern bank of Caney “Canebrake” Creek. From Jackson’s Bend and Elm Lane to the north. Oak Circle and Creekside Drive, you can see the creek meander around Walker Bend, Red Bend, and Cow Trap Bend before ending at the last boat ramp on Seagull Drive, just two miles north of where the Caney enters the Gulf of Mexico.
