Community Signage
When the gates at the boat ramps are up, members can enter with an access card. For any access issues, please email the board.
Boat Ramp Access
We maintain community street lighting throughout portions of the subdivision. If you see a street light out, please get the pole number (the “little yellow square found on the pole”) and email it to the board at board@ccestates.org. We will get the light restored right away.
